Name changes are rubber stamped by probate officials for a fee. It is an individual's right to be called whatever (AKA) they want, 'and, as long as they pay an incidental fee, they can also make it a legal name change.

The idiot in this case appears to be the elector of the change. The one and only, "are you paying attention to me", "are you watching me", "are you looking at me", "are you watching me" - "please pay attention to me" - Chad "LOOK AT ME" Johnson.

Nobody can decline him a name change if he wants it. People may be upset about it but until Chad changes his mind, he's Chad Ocho Cinco.

Chad Javon Ocho Cinco approved of his name change he was doing it "just for fun" but i think hes just doing it to make the Bengals Office and Dictator Giddell mad. But anyways its his name and Chad could do whatever he wants with it.

The courts. The judges have a right to approve any legal name change to anyone who wants to do it. As for the former Chad Johnson, either he's the bravest man to ever do it or a complete fool. He's just garnering attention from the Bengals & his fans, & nobody's know how this will sit well. Liked it better when fans started calling him "Ocho Stinko."
