  1. For any programme related to Ozone layer depletion, main stakeholders will include Government, Funding organizations, Industry (specifically dealing with CFCs) and researchers. Academia if involved could also support the cause by further research, developing liasion with industries and designing campaigns.

    We can stop futher deterioration by phasing out CFCs. Many countries are already working on that. Govermnet and media together can force industry to speed up this process.


  2. I don't believe that anything we humans are doing is affecting the ozone layer. Just because it was shrinking when people first started measuring it doesn't mean that it hasn't always grown and shrunk, and will always continue to do so.

  3. The government places restrictments and allotments on how high emission levels can be.  This is in an attempt to protect the environment, but if they wanted global warming to be reduced, they would have to make the emission allowances much smaller. The EPA would have to have stricter rules on hw to protect hte environment- the flora and the fauna that are suffering from deforestation and other factors.
