Who are the people cycling next to the rowers in the Olympics?

They must really annoy the people sat the other side of the barrier who want to watch the race!

I think they just want to watch the rowing. Have you noticed how many there are though and how close together and not one of them watching where they are going I keep watching them hoping that they all end up in a big heap when one falls over. Now that would be funny.

their trainers... they shout stratergies and stuff like that to the rowers

They are the coaches.  You might notice they are all wearing their country's colours.

Lol there people that want to get in the camrea. lol it would be funny if one of them fell in.

They are the support team, coaches, officials etc.  They also cycle next to their boats at home during training.

yup, i do notice them. i suppose they're officials who ensure that if anything goes wrong they are on hand to help the athletes. anyway the stands are elevated, so i don't think it really affects them.
