Question:

Who are the people that bash Ron Paul?

The Ron Paul supporters are frustrated by the lack of media coverage, so they turn to the internet. We all wondered the same thing - are there other people out there, or one 14 year old with mad spammer skills? The evidence is in, there are lots of us out there. Yet every Paul question is answered by at least one person with nothing better to do but bash the candidate. Why are you people trolling the Ron Paul questions? We have done our homework, and rationally chosen our man. What are you doing, and why?

  1. The "average" American voter is used to government hand outs and plundering the riches of other countries.

For a candidate to come out with a platform of freedom, the Constitution, a humble foreign policy and no IRS is scary to a lot of people.

Most American voters are morons (look who's in the White House now), so most Ron Paul bashers are morons.

    Let's restore the Constitution !

    Ron Paul revolution!

  2. The real irony is all these folks who think Ron Paul is too extreme.  They have no clue that it is our two major parties that have taken our government an extreme distance away from what our founding fathers intended.

Ron Paul is actually a voice of moderation.

  3. people who strongly disagree with his policies and dont have any other outlet. i dont bash him. but i'd never vote for him. way to extreme....

  4. I've voted in 7 Presidential elections so I am not a 14 year old mad spammer.  But I won't even consider Ron Paul BECAUSE of his supporters.  They post graffiti outside around here, they call into talk shows under false premises and then change the subject to Ron Paul and they seem to be 14 year old mad spamming trolls on here.  Based on that, I just look the other way. Besides, he reminds me of Ross Perot and you know what he did for the Republican party.

  5. If you truly feel he is your best candidate, then go for it.

I don't agree, for reasons too numerous to list here.

  6. I think you miss the point.  Many are not trashing Dr. Paul.  They are trashing the people who support him.

And in many circumstances, it is with good reason.  Many of  you elicit controversy to raise the visibility of your candidate.  Many of you unthinkingly give thumbs down on YA to anyone who breathes a whiff of criticism.  Many of you ask questions that are thinly veiled "isn't Ron Paul great?" statements.  Many of you speak much more about your support for Ron Paul, but little about your support for his policies.   Were Dr. Paul a religious figure rather than a political one, it would be fair to call many of you cult followers.

If you care to look more carefully at the criticism here, you will find far more of it is directed at Paul's supporters than at Paul himself.  If you don't want to be attacked as much, you might think about addressing the issues rather than making yourselves and your candidate the issue.

    Cheers.

  7. The fact of the matter is that most of us disagree with his policies and do not regard him as a viable candidate.

In fact questions like yours only convince people that Ron Paul is the candidate of the tinfoil hat brigade.

  8. David Duke supporters ask the same question
