Just wonder who are the actual people who lived in Anatolia or modern day Turkey to put it another way. Are they mainly the original Greek settlers with some influence from Turkish invaders. Are they a good mix or are they primarily Seljuk Turks who pushed the majority of the Greeks off the land ?

  1. A mix of semitic Arabs and Jews, as well as Greeks, although the nation of Turkey today is religiously 99% Islamic!

  2. they might have all been here at the dawn of time and help you write things all day becuase this language is so simple

  3. Since Turkey is muslim today, I'm going to have to go with Seljucks

  4. ancident anatolian ppl werent greek or Turkish. Their languages, DNA's and cultures were diffrent. after ionizm they called theirselfs as a greek.

SeljuckTurks(oghuz tribe of Turkic ppl) defeated greeks and took anatolia some anatolian ppl were converted islam, these ppl call theirself as a Turk but most ppl(other Turkic tribes mostly oghuz, some indo-european ppl like persian, afgans indians etc) came from asia during mongoloid invades. They escaped from mongols and came anatolia that safer place than middle asia
