Who are the rugby team the barbarians made up of/from?

A "Barbarians" team is made up from players from all over the Continent and British Isles, in the Northern Hemisphere, or South Africa, New Zealand, the Pacific Isles, (very occasionally) Japan and that other country north-west of New Zealand {"Australia", I think they call it?}, in the Southern Hemisphere.

"Barbarians" had 'no homeland', so a Barbarians team doesn't either, unlike the All Blacks (Yay!!), Springboks, Lions, etc, who represent one country (in theory).

And I think there was a world-wide "Barbarians" team touring Soutth Africa in the apartheid era.

It is a team of guests made from players from around the globe.

Depending on wear they are playing ie England most players will be from the Southern Hemisphere.

There c**p uasually a well organised national team should have no problem beating them.

Basically any nation other than the one they are playing. They wear the same tops and shorts but different socks. They play in the socks of the club team that they play for so often 15 diferent pair of socks in one team.
