Who are the shortest college volleyball division I outside hitters?

There are about 330 D1 schools.  As stated above here, there are all kinds of players.  Some of the lower schools would have trouble beating a good high school team.  Just because you say D1 does not mean a 6 foot tall setter and Libero with everyone else over 6'3".
