Who are the twins on Saved By The Bell?

They are in almost every episode, generally just walking through the screen wearing the same clothes. Who are they and what do they do now?

There are unidentical twin males from Valley named Vinny and Guy-Guy, and there are twin blond females from Bayside named Theresa and Buffy, they are in several episodes but are very minor characters who rarely have lines.  Some of the episodes they are in are "The Substitute", "Miss Bayside", and "The Zack Tapes."
