Who are these anime/manga guys?

i found a picture of them one day, so i'm wondering if they're from a manga/anime or just if someone drew them randomly.

  1. This image isn't from an anime, I can tell you that.  It looks like one of those original images drawn and colored by the author.  


  2. I'm gonna guess and say that it's Yondaime and Kakashi from Naruto, but drawn as teenagers in modern clothes.

    I'm pretty sure I'm right, but I could be completely wrong.
