Who are these people who oppose oil producrtion?

aret they so rich, 4 dollar gas is no big deal. maybe they sponge off their folks and don't work, they let someone elas pay the bills.are they leaches? maybe they honestly want to stop polution and promote alternatives.- i live on limited income like many others we are suffering-what about the poor guy who has to choose between energy and food or medicine?
