  1. Schools and early childhood centers work to assist children and young people to learn and participate in society. Schools are responsible for the education of all their students and play a key role in providing and coordinating support and funding for children with special education needs. Most children with special education needs attend regular schools. However, a small number are unable to do so, either for a short period of time or longer-term.  Special Needs Children needs some special products to develop their attitudes right from the childhood. the below link provides such products for the spacial Needs Children as well as for Parents and Teachers.

  2. There are a number of people who deal with special ed children in the school setting. They are specially trained in their fields to help adapt instruction for children and to address and remediate physical or behavior problems. They include:

    Special Ed Teacher

    Occupational Therapist

    Speech Language Pathologist

    Physical Therapist

    Vision Impaired Specialist

    Hearing Impaired Specialist

    Autism Specialist

    Behavior Specialist

People will be involved with the students based on their disability, which can range from mild to very severe.

There is no basket answer as to where special children should, "stay."

There is a law called Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This law requires that disabled children will be educated in the least restricted environment (LRE) possible. This means that if a child can function in regular education with support, then that is where he or she WILL be educated.

For children who are more disabled, to the point that they need all special instruction, they may be placed in a special class.

Children who are severely disabled, meaning profoundly retarded, medically fragile and severely physically impaired may be placed in a special school so that their needs can be met.

Finally, children with severe behavior disorders may be placed in a special class to provide treatment. If this doesn't work, they may be sent to a special behavior school. Children are often placed in special schools when they become a severe danger to themselves and others.

I hope that answers your question.
