Australia and South Africa, are far stronger than any other side in the world at the moment.

India is the best of the rest, better than Sri Lanka (because India are a stronger side away) better than England (although England are on the way up).

I predict if South Africa can get a half decent spinner, then South Africa would be the best side in the world
