If the Supreme Court won't allow all of the votes to be counted and won't allow the election officials to determine who really won, then I don't see any point in voting.

I am sick to death of all judicial activism. It always diminishes our power, and what happened in the final Bush v. Gore ruling really tanked it for me.

I won't vote again unless and until the Supreme Court gets *drastically* improved.
