  1. Lennox Lewis, Amir Kahn, Ricky Hatton, Joe Calzaghe, Charlie Magri, Nigel Benn, Chris Eubank, Junior Witter, Barry McGuigan, and Lloyd Honeyghan. I know some are actually from the UK and not exactly British but thats my list anyway.

  2. I like British boxers because they have class, they are gentlemen.

  3. Don't know that may Brit fighters, but my favorite of all time is "Hammerin'" Henry Cooper.  He knocked Cassius Clay down during their first fight and could have won if not for Dundee's tricks during the round break.  Yet, Cooper had remained humble and very unassuming.

  4. Ali

  5. 1 - jimmy wilde

    2- lennox lewis

    3- bob fitzsimmons

    4- benny lynch

    5- ken buchannan

    6- nigel benn

    7- chris eubank

    8- joe calzaghe

    9- rinty monahan

    10- howard winstone

my favourite is lloyd honeyghan, as i was a big fan of his back in the day....benn and eubank come second and third.

  6. Mickey Ward tops my list.  But ,hes Irish. So ,Lennox Lewis is my top Brit! however" Hammerin" Henry Cooper was an all time great one.

  7. well most of the fighters mentioned from previous answers i dont even know such as Sir Cooper and others, my list of top 10 British fighters might not be as impressive as some of these others but none the less here is "MY" personal favorite British fighters.

  11. Is there really 10 British Boxers worth Mentioning.... Let the thumbs down begin .... had to get a little stab at the Brits and the Welch for making me lose 20 euros on the fight......

  12. Favourite British boxer - Frank Bruno, for his sheer grit and determination, and for generally being a nice guy.  If he was born a b*****d, he would have world champ several times over.

Best British Boxer - Prince Naseem: he may be a jail-bird these days, but man he had some skills in his day.

  13. Frank Bruno, Henry Cooper, Ricky Hatton, Chris Eubank, Joe Calzaghe, Barry McGuigan, Freddie Mills, Tommy Farr(he went fifteen rounds with Joe Louis), Lennox Lewis and may favourite Nigel Benn

  14. Its really hard for me to put a list like this together as it is hard for me to differentiate between who are the best and who are my favourites but here goes.

    1, Lennox Lewis

    2, Jimmy Wilde

    3, Joe Calzaghe

    4, Bob Fitzsimmons

    6, Ricky Hatton

    7, Randolph Turpin

I would have to say that my personal favourite at the moment would have to be Ricky Hatton with Joe Calzaghe being a close second but if we are talking alltime i would say that Lennox Lewis and Nigel Benn would be my two favourites.
