this hard question ..im try answer though..most the best pound for pound fighter in boxing history are smaller guys because there much faster. more skilled, and smarter.

1. Ray robinson.- we all know he was best to ever put on gloves. best p4p in boxing history.

2. Floyd Money Mayweather-  best p4p fighter in the world rite now

3. Roy Jones Jr.- the guy was untouchable in his prime.

4.Cesar Chavez- was recognized as p4p fighter in his days

5.Roberto Duran- 6 year rule get this 53-1 record in a decade.

6.Sugar Ray Leonard- great puncher  great p4p fighter.

7.Jimmy Wilde- u ever heard of this guy he was great 131 wins- 99 KO and 3 loss.

8.Bernard Hopkins- he definitely executed when he was in his prime.

im go out of the book here with couple heavy weights

9. rocky marciano- the guy was a ko machine for his size.never over 200 lbs.49 wins 43 ko's 88% percent ko rate.

10. muhammed Ali- it got no better than him.
