  1. If William has no son's and has daughters the eldest would take the throne but if he has no children then Harry would take the throne or any legitimate children he may have.

      It is Charles

             William

             Harry

              Prince Andrew

              Princess Beatrice

              Princess Eugenie

              Prince Edward

              (His children)

Peter Phillips ( unless his fiance does not turn away from being a Catholic, if she does not then he will be excluded from the line)

              Zara Phillips

You can go to Royalty.com and see the line of succession there.

  2. If William had any children, male or female, they would succeed him.  If he was childless the line of succession would be as follows:

    Henry

    Andrew

    Beatrice

    Eugine

    Edward

    Louise

    James

    Anne

    Peter

  3. If Prince William does not have a male heir, his eldest daughter will become "Heiress Presumptive" or "Heiress Apparent" depending if the British line of succession will change its regulation at the time.

An heiress presumptive is the person provisionally scheduled to inherit a throne, peerage, or other hereditary honor, but whose position can be displaced by the birth of an heir apparent or of a new heir presumptive with a better claim to the throne. An heiress apparent cannot be displaced from inheriting and the crown goes to the eldest born despite its gender.

The crown will only go to Prince Harry of Wales, if Prince William died without issue meaning he died without any surviving legitimiate children.

The line of succession to the British Throne is an ordered list of the people in line to succeed to the throne of the United Kingdom. The succession is regulated by the Act of Settlement 1701, which limits it to the heirs of the Electress Sophia of Hanover, as determined by male-preference primogeniture, religion, and legitimate birth:

    - A person is always immediately followed in the succession by his or her own legitimate descendants (his or her "line"). Birth order and gender matter: older sons (and their lines) come before younger sons (and theirs); a person's sons (and their lines), irrespective of age, all come before his or her daughters (and their lines).

    - The monarch must be a Protestant at time of accession, and enter into communion with the Church of England after accession.

    - Anyone who is Roman Catholic, becomes Roman Catholic, or marries a Roman Catholic is permanently excluded from the succession.

    - A person born to parents who are not married to each other at the time of birth is not included in the line of succession. The subsequent marriage of the parents does not alter this.

  4. The eldest daughter becomes Queen,in much the same way, that the current Queen became the monarch! Her father only had daughters,so as the eldest daughter, Elizabeth became the heir to the throne and inherited the title upon his death.

When William and Harry marry and have children, their offspring enter the line after their fathers. Males will have precedence over females, because the UK follows the rules of primogeniture.

  8. IF william ever marries and has a daughter, she'll be next in line.  If not, then it goes to Harry.

I'm pretty sure that right now, the line of succession is:

    Charles

    William

    Harry

    Andrew

    Edward

The duchesses Beatrice and whatever her sister's name is, it isn't coming to me, and I'm not sure which one is older.

I'm not sure what the status is on Edward's children.

Anne opted out of the whole line when she married Mark Phillips, and she opted out for her children, too, so I'm pretty sure the next would be Margaret's son, who used to be known as the Viscount Linley, but I think he's now the Lord Snowdon, since papa died.  Someone help me out, here.

    Did I pass?

    :)
