Who believes in the paranormal? And how would you define it?

What sorts of spirit do you believe in? And is there a personality type that is more commonly drawn to the paranormal?

I believe in paranormal activity. Because i have a sensitive spirit, I can sense, hear and see spirits not just around the house, but at school and other countries! I believe that spirits will bother you if you in the future will change the world in some way and the spirits know that but don't want you to make that change. So basically, you're a phenominal victim that the spirits will bother you so you won't make changes in the world that will not benefit them. Follow your intuitions and never listen to spirits that you feel are "bad" or "dark".

were normal rules of nature don't apply I personally [and my four work colleges]had a experience over five days when the light switches were turned off by themselves and objects moved by themselves.

Sometimes I think spirits are drawn to weak people..or people in need...or very depressed.. Good spirits go to help them and evil spirits go to deceive/trick/hurt them. Seems like the good spirits would help the homeless.  Maybe they do.

People who have suffered the loss of a loved one and can't deal with it are usually the ones who seek out the paranormal for answers.

The paranormal are those phenomena which provide no evidence by which to test their existence.  I think you can tell where I sit in the matter as far as belief goes.

Since it appears as if only certain types of people experience the paranormal some psychologists (Sheryl Wilson and Theodore Barber) conducted a bit of research and found that a small percentage of the adult population have what they call "fantasy-prone" personalities.  Look into it.

The paranormal is anything that is not normal - in short, anything that doesn't exist.  And there's no reason to believe in things that don't exist because it might be nice if they did.

Paranormal phenomenon are things that occur and cannot be explained by science or with conventional explanations--blood rains, rains of flesh, fish, or frogs, stigmata, incorruptible bodies, anomalous felines in North America, etc.--anuthing outside of the norm.

As far as a personality type, it might be people who tend to read a lot, have/had an interest in fiction, may have had an experience that they themselves could not explain.

In order of hierachy



Divinities-They are closer to the creator (God Allah ...etc) We can see them everyday they are the weather sun mountains major objects of nature Planets. They have always existed

Spirits- There are two types bad and good spirits and where they came from is unknown but it is said all humans become a spirit.

Ancestors (Good Spirit) -The spirits belived they can comminicate directly with the creator and is what every human is destined to become which you may say is the meaning to life.

Bad Spirits- Possibly cause for evil in people and disease. Some possibly come from the people who were unable to join the ancestors for their wrong doings in life.

The living Dead- This is what you become when you die and until everyone who knew you in your life is dead. You dont go anywhere special when you die you rise from your body and hover around the world restless untill you can finally rest in peace. which is when the ceremonies are properly done with your body and you are buried right. If you are unable to RIP you will possibly do anything to get the mesgae through causing problems for your family sometimes the dead will enter the mind of a relative causing problems until he can RIP this can be why we have mental people who hear voices. If you are unable to RIP when everyone you know dies is unknown what happens .Once you can RIP at this stage you can now roam around your community and where your family are and look after them. But this is only the fist stage your aim is to become an ancestor but you can be turned down due to the bad things you done in your life. This decsion happens when everyone who knew you is dead. Not joining the ancestors is what can be called h**l a wandering ghost (Bad Spirit).

what does one sees in darkness ? nothing ! well wrong since there is no light our eyes cannot receipt the object.Likewise whats normal suddenly turns out dark abnormal, unexplannable turns out as paranormal, real yet unreal, more than that when it comes face to face, paranormal doesn't chooses type of the person or his personality,it is the thing that is yet covered to be revealed,if someone feels abnormal activity while other don't its not paranormal but something wrong with the person himself,the paranormal activity has nothing to hide only light is needed to be thrown .

I agree that paranormal is anything that's outside the realm of what most of society would consider "normal". But to me, this stuff IS normal. Ghosts and demons and angels exist, I've had contact with all three.

What sorts of persons are drawn? Well, I'm not really sure there IS a type, per say. If I had to guess I'd say those who are drawn to it are the open-minded sort who tend to see "outside the box". I have noticed that those with the gift tend to be the sensitive sort, the helpers, the caretakers, those of us who are ruled by our hearts and want to live in a better world, want to help others and make the world a better place. The people you can talk to.
