Who bets first and when to burn and turn in Texas hold em?

I keep forgetting who bets first and who bets last and when to turn the cards in Texas hold em. what is the logic on remembering this?

The first to bet after the cards are dealt is to the left of the BB.. but after the flop the first person to bet is the first player reaming to the left of the dealer

you burn the top card right before the flop

then you burn a card before the turn and fifth st.

the purpose of the burn was to prevent card cheating
