Who blew up the levees in New Orleans during Katrina? Bush, Obama, or McCain?

Wow, this is such an ignorant question.  Here's a big clue, "I am SO confused right now because everyone keeps giving me a different answer........." That's what happens when people make stuff up, they can't even keep their story straight.

The Levees weren't blown up by anyone....

There had been a design flaw and the Army Corp of Engineers file a report in the late 1970s stating that the levees needed serious attention or there could be a disaster of huge proportion.  The Governor or Louisiana and the mayor of New Orleans chose to ignore it.
