I would go with an Akrapovick.  I have one on my RC51 and the world superbike team used them to win the title with Colin Edwards.  Jardine also makes a quality exaust and sponsered the HRC team for a few years.  I think Nikki Hayden had on on his RC51 when he won the AMA title.  A third brand you might want to look at is Two Brothers Racing.  They used to make pipes JUST for Hondas, but I'm not sure what they're doing now, I think I saw a pipe of theirs on a ZX10 the other day.  They make good stuff too.  Your standard brands like Yoshimura and Vance and Hines might have a more economical answer for you and still make a decent pipe.  But if you want performance, I don't think you can beat a full Akrapovic system.
