Who can I contact to complain about the AC in a fast food resturant that I work at in the South. It is 90 F!!

It is 92 degrees inside the kitchen at a WELL KNOWN fast food rest. that I work in. We have not had AC for 3 summers now. We are sweeting in the food! They keep promising us that it will get installed. This past winter we didn't have any heat either. Someone please help me. My coworkers are getting hostile and summer hasn't even got here yet.

Id contact corprate. If nothing else, call Human Services.  But realilisticly, fast food is hot, sweaty work. Don"t expect AC to change that. Remember that there is water, the freezer and the drive thru windows to get some relief, though i know they dont help in lockdown (sip) times :(.

IF the manager does not help then a call to the corporate or regional office should start something. They should not allow you to work in those conditions, You may want to contact a labor lawyer too
