Who can I hire to sew my idea

I have a clothing design stuck in my head but I can't sew or anything, what company can I hire to fix my stuff or whatever, and then I want to set up my own website to sell it...how do I do it?

  1. You might also try a local tailor or seamstress, members of a local quilt guild, or ask around at a local fabric shop. Many stores that sell/service sewing machines, as well as JoAnn's Fabrics have classes, and the folks there might be able to put you in touch with someone who can draw up a pattern and make a proto-type, or even do the production.

    Where you have your website really does not matter. To drive business to the website, you will have to do a lot of marketing first. That can mean anything from getting booths at local craft shows, one-on-one sales to area stores and boutiques or getting a presence at an industry trade show.
