Who can I talk to about releasing my own energy drink?

if you have an energy drink that you've made, i suggest going to local stores and speak to the managers about getting your drink on the shelves. you probably would have the best chance at including it at small, mom & pop type stores, not large chains. from there, you'd probably have to patent the drink with the patent office in washington, dc. you would also have to contact the food and drug administration about it being something people can eat.

Well....what monster/vitamin energy did was they talked to the manager and made commercials. ;)
