If you are a beginner, day trading is the last thing you want to be doing - you need $25,000 to get started in it with most brokerage firms AND you have to be knowledgeable about stocks which you don't seem to be - read books, visit web sites and come back in 10 yrs after you have reached 5 figures in an IRA or 401k plan with double digit annual returns-then maybe you can try the real stock market

Man, I cannot advice you on day trading because it is a gambling. May be you have heared advise from somebody otr by heard that day trading is the best way to make money fastly.

Frankly saying, both are foolish thoughts... so search for value investing methods from net and go through that way. Take mutual fund path...

No one in the world became millionaire with day trading... it is better to play free lotto in stead of day trading... if you are that much interested in day trading, just show me a day trading giant or tell me a name who is/was in the world became millionaire with day trading?
