am supposed to join one of the university since 2003 and unfortunately this has never happened this is because of my humble background and lack of funds to join the university and make my dreams come true.am the first born in a family of five and none of us have gone beyond high school because of financial problems please help me so as i can be able to help my other brothers and sisters in future and God will bless you.i have only one chance left to join the university next month failure to which i will not have any other chance left the degree course take four academic years at a total cost of $ 6400 but whatever little one can assist will be blessed since it help me start.please help your are the only left for me to help me save my family

Yeah, and you just sent me an email with about the same content.  I'm sure you saw my question about how to give money to a college student and make it a nontaxable event.  See, here's the issue, NO ONE TRUSTS THESE SORTS OF PLEAS COMING FROM AFRICA.  I am completely sure this is another scam.  All the aid Americas and Europeans send to Africa produces almost nothing.  What leaves Africa?  What's the payoff?  The payoff is scammers like you, feeling entitled, taking advantage of kind hearted people that truly do want to help.  There are literally thousands of programs that aid people from every country in Africa.  Hit them up.  But you are full of bs, so you won't.
