Who can be Terrorist ?

In Feb alone, there are 6 shooting slaughter already. Are these shooters terrorist ?

1) all in public place 2) innocents get killed 3) terro spread.

Anyone can be a terrorist....you just need the right incentives. If as a terrorist you intend to shoot people, then that's what you do. How & why you do it don't seem to matter until much later. Perhaps as your dying wish. How do you define the word "terrorist" and how do you define the act(s) of terrorism and you will answer your own questions. Just remember, there are a lot of sicko people out there and they are not all considered a "terrorist". Guard Dog

Anyone with a specific purpose.

Those in school are not.

Just having mental break down.

Could not solve in overcoming their misery.

But to self desctruct in time.

The blunders and slip-ups with human errors created back in the past being expose in time.

Terrorism is an attack on a civilian target for political purposes. Unless these shooters were fighting for some political cause, these are crimes, not terrorism.
