  1. Anyone can make an accusation, LOUDLY.  And if the accused doesn't like it, he (or she) will be forced to take court action against you for slander.  Then you can bring out your evidence.

I'm assuming the police don't take your statement seriously for some reason.  They are the ones who should take the matter further.

Write everything down.  Now!  Names, dates, places, (if it happened more than once), The rape itself. etc. In as much detail as you can remember it.  Make copies of it,  and make sure you keep at least three for yourself.

  2. That would be a question for a lawyer. Anyone who has been raped needs to report this to the police,a parent,or someone in authority right away. Then go to the emergency room where they need to perform tests ,exams, and gather evidence. This is a serious matter, not something for entertainment, a persons whole life can be destroyed if he is accused wrongly again serious matter not for play.

  3. why what happen?

  4. The only person who can ever bring criminal charges is the prosecutor -- usually the county's district attorney.  However, anyone -- especially the victim or his/her parents -- can report the offense and try to make sure the charges are pursued.

  5. Not cool...
