That would be a question for a lawyer. Anyone who has been raped needs to report this to the police,a parent,or someone in authority right away. Then go to the emergency room where they need to perform tests ,exams, and gather evidence. This is a serious matter, not something for entertainment, a persons whole life can be destroyed if he is accused wrongly again serious matter not for play.
