ok yeah i know it's not "really bright blue" because i wanted to look a little more on the natural side. If it was really bright blue you would like blind like? and your picture is REALLY dark. So if you want bright blue eyes try to take a picture in a light place and then when someone tries to edit it for you they can make it seem more natural looking.
