Who can explain how to use the Action Replay for Pokemon Diamond(DS) to me?

Easily explaining,so a 14 year old can understand it and not mess up my pokemon diamond file.I want to know how you get legendary pokemon to appear in the wild with action replay.I'll give 10 points who can explain it to where I understand =D Thanks.

1.What you do is put the action replay where the the DS game should go.

2.Put the DS game in the slot of the action replay not the DS.

3.Once you have it in turn it on and in the touch screen go to where their is a star looking thing and touch it.(Once the Action Replay is in the game slot)

4.Their you will find some codes in it and in the top you will find a <Add New Code>.

You can use the code that is already in thier by press A or touching the star looking thing.

5.Add a code once you find some over the internet and name the code what ever you want,just that it has to be the right numders and letters to be used.

6.Once you have activated a code then touch START  and the codes can be used.

Tip:It is easier when you see it or if you have one.

Edit:Some cheats can be used only doing something like the Darkrai,Shaymin,Arceus Event's in which you have to press L & R to  and go to any pokemart active it the cheat.
