All you have to do it go onto youtube, and youll find endless shorts of ufos and strange "worm like, dragon like" things in the sky. I honestly dont know what to make of them. They're there, no denying that, but what are they? Obviously theres those out there that think its aliens, others that think its the US government, and others still, that think its solar flares. My question is this; what do YOU think they are?

Scientific and Supernatural answers welcome.

  1. There are things in the sky that some people are unable to identify.  This does not make them ET or Top Secret Military in nature.

I have no idea what you're talking about when you mention worms and dragons.  I'd love to see them if you care to post.

YouTube is a woonderful thing.  It's also a perfect platform for hoaxes and is notorious for misinformation.  It's the perfect place for paranoid, deluded and deranged people to air whatever crackpot idea they can hatch with no requirement to back it up.  See "Loose Change".

  2. I agree with the others.

With photo shop, you can pretty much distort any picture.

Whether it's a UFO or flying dragon.

Also, those dragon pictures looked more like a kite, or maybe a float. Like the Macy's parade floats.

The worm holes that are seen in the sky are from missile launches.

  3. tricks of the mind

  4. Some people are nutters and others are pranksters, I think that  explains 99% of the wierd stuff on youtube.

  5. out of order

  6. It is my opinion that every single one of those videos will be explainable using scientific methods, if you have the time and can be bothered to analyse each one.

    Explanations will include:

    - hoax / video trickery

    - trick of the light

    - bad photography of ordinary aircraft

    - bad photography of experimental aircraft (certain US areas)

    - rare atmospheric phenomena (eg. Northern Lights but on a smaller scale)

    "Aliens" is not the answer.

  7. The world isn't crazy. There's a set of rules it runs by it doesn't deviate. We're the crazy ones. When we see something we don't understand. We rush to find an explanation. If we don't find one, many of us will make one up.We'll devise conspiracies and call them evidence. Most always giving evil intentions to the conspirators.

In most cases things are what they appear to be.The most uncomplicated explanation is usually(not always)correct.

  8. I would say about 95% of sightings are explainable or secret military crafts. I personally have seen two UFOs, which I rank in the unknown 5% and have not seen any recordings or fake replicas in ANY videos, although the first UFO I ever saw was in only one clear photo I found on the internet. There is also a phenomena I have experienced with seeing the UFOs that rank in the unknown 5%, which the phenomena is knowing before hand that there will be a UFO or a feeling of being watched like a subliminal itch.

Seeing is believing. I think the second UFO I ever saw was re-entering the atmosphere, which I saw what appeared to be a comet and a couple seconds after the comet disappeared, a UFO appeared in its place. Interestingly, the night I saw that UFO was the night the U.S. was shooting down it's spy satellite. Any relation? Ask the government. Its not everyday they want to shoot a spy satellite out of orbit.

One thing is for sure, pay attention to comets, especially for about ten seconds after they disappear. Comets are not always as they seem. Also, heed your senses.

What do I think they are? I think the UFOs that rank in the unknown 5% are alien in origin. I'm 99% positive they are not scientifically explainable, which I do not think they are man-made due to how they act and the phenomena associated with them.

  9. It's jesus playing space invaders.

  10. Yep, we're still in the 'dark ages' on a lot of things, but it is fun to dig for the truth. 99% of the things reported is mis-identification or trickery--it's that 1% that's left I care about. Honesty and scientific accuracy are vital. I know ghosts exist, but it's awfully hard to prove it. That's a real test of scientific integrity.

I shouldn't comment on aerial phenomena, as I've never seen something in the sky that I couldn't identify. When I do, I'll be asking questions. Clear skies.
