Who can force the Hulk to turn back into Bruce Banner?

I seem to remember once hearing about a Marvel characer who could use their powers to manipulate gamma radiation or something and force the Hulk to change back into Bruce Banner. Does anybody know who I'm talking about?

That's Sentry.  I think it was called his calming Aura where he was able to calm down everyone around him which made hulk change back to Banner if he was around.

At 3:30 in this FanVid of World War Hulk Sentry actually turns them both into their "Mortal" forms since their fight is literally threatening the planet.  Sentry is insane and can't stop himself so he takes away his own powers (as well as hulks) to stop the fight.

Also in the current Hulk storyline in the Marvel Universe, Betty is dead so she can't stop him anymore but traditionally she has been the one who stops hulk and gets him to calm down and change back to Banner.

try rougue! she can absorb powers and leave the hulk helpless.. also hulk's true love Betty Ross.

I know some of the psionic powered heroes like Jean Grey and Prof X have been able to get into his head and get him to depower from time to time. But I don't know off the top of my head about anyone draining gamma radiation.
