Who can help? i need some really goos advice!?

Question

at my school the people there can be very stingy....

now, the other day i asked a girl where a class was and she was like

"don't ask me, that's rude i'm trying to talk! go bug somebody else because i don't care." now, i was about to slap her, but i didn't and i wanted someone to tell me what i should do. because now she's going around telling people that i'm dumb and stuff, and i am hot-tempered.

plzz help so i don't make a dumb choice!

She sounds very rude, but then again, we don't know how you approached her and asked about class. Did you interrupt her, etc., not say "Excuse me" or "Pardon."     For her to say you are hot tempered suggests there may be something not quite as innocent as the question makes it appear to be.

Assuming your question was fine and she's just a beeyotch, then I'd take the high road every time.  I would have simply said "I apologize if I interrupted something important" and walk away.  There is very little which trumps good manners, and while it may take multiple attempts at this method of taking the high-road, you will come off much more dignified and mature than she will.

As for the rumors she is spreading, the only recourse you have is to smile, be friendly and calm, and simply proove her wrong by your actions, not by your words.  It's early in the term and you'll have more time to behave as a cordial person, than she will -- because she probably doesn't know how.
