Who can help me to get a good workout routine, I'm trying to change my life style not smoking anymore so can you help me ?

Trust me on this one, I'm studying medicine and considering you just stopped smoking, it's a really good idea to start doing some cardio in order to get your heart and lungs healthy while at the same time losing weight and getting toned. Try running at least 3 times per week. Start small, for example run or jog 3 times per week for 15 to 20 minutes depending on your level of fitness and what you can handle. Then each week increase your run by one minute. In a few weeks you might find yourself being able to run for 45 minutes with no problem and you'll have a ton of energy. If your not into running try anything that accelerates your heart for long periods of time like dancing (swing, salsa, etc.), swimming, jogging, speed walking, hiking, you get the picture.
