Who can help me CPS just came into my hospital room and said i can't go home with my mom tomorrow?

i totally didn't expect this i never even thought this would happen to me they say that since i am always in the hospital my mom is doing this. i am so pissed off i could scream. and i already miss my family

i haven't seen my dad in 4 days my brother 11 days. and what is even worst i haven't kiss or say i love you to my little sis. and the last thing i said to my mom is "good luck" and all of this is killing me plus they took my phone. i don't want to go to a foster home tomorrow i want to go home. i need help i don't know what to do and i am going to LOSE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If CPS is investigating, it's usually because there's something going on in the home that may harm you. You may not see it now, but this is almost certainly being done for your own protection.

look in the services area of the telephone book for lawyers that will represent low income people for free. Ask for representation, not for your family, but, for you personally.  Tell your lawyer what is going on and ask for help.  

If there is something wrong in you family CPS will  make a determination.  The lawyer might be able to  keep you from being put into foster care, or at the very least to see to it you are in a safe environment and  that your rights are protected throughout the process.  If there are no services like that in your area, look for CASA services to find help.
