I've had a website hosted by Yahoo! for nearly two years.  I have looked at many other hosters and let me tell you, no web host is better than Yahoo!

Simply do it yourself.  Paypal will issue a "credit card number" through paypal.  Simply use that.

Sounds like a scam to me, if you have a credit card or checking account, you should be able to do it all by yourself.

Either way, there are a lot better hosts out there, do your research.

Just call Yahoo Customer Support and set up an account, they can arrange for payment. You can find phone number at: http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com
