Who can help me rebuild a 3way speaker?

I am needing some help rebuilding a 3way home speaker.I think the cross over is fried but have no way to find out the real problem is. local help would be best but all is welcome. I can not find any where in town that does this?? Kansas City,Mo 64118

Test your speakers, individually, by connecting speaker wires to them and checking to make sure they are functioning properly. If so, replace the crossover. If a speaker is failing, replace the speaker.
