right i live in the indonesia, but i want to do a course making cake and decorating in singapore.i hope one day to run my own business.

so,where i can find this course?

Find a local arts and crafts store near you most of the time they offer cake decorating classes. Also, check out local colleges or schools that might offer classes

u know u could teach yourself just get some icing tubes with tips and maybe fondant some cut edible things i mean its not that hard hope i helped!!!
