Who can help me with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder?

I think I have this disorder but I'm not sure were to find a therapist ot psychologist that specializes in this area. I live in Houston Texas and I believe that due to a past physically abusive relationship I either have this or Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
