  1. Apples,Orange,Banana, Grapes  - vitamin C good for skin and all round health, the fruit and veg group

    Carrots - vitamin B good for healthy eyes, Fruit and Veg group.

    Wholegrain bread, porrige , rice , pasta - vitamin K, good for energy so you dont feel tired! Carbohydrate group.

    Red meat, Fish - Omega 3 and Iron - to help your brain work and blood circulate. Meat group.

    Chicken, eggs , milk, nuts - omega 3, protein, calcium to grow mones mucles and brain. Protein group.

    Olive oil, butter - healthy fats so you dont wither away! Fat and oils group.

    Chocolate - antioxidents! Helps protect the immune system and you have to indulge sometimes! Fat and Oils group.

  2. If you don't know what food to pick...then first start with the food group.  That way you know what foods you can choose from.

    so milk's obviously dairy

    It makes people grow (vitamin C and A and calcium for bones)

    well... check the internet for the price (like an online store that delivers)
