i want to lift a domestic abuse charge, mischief charge and theft charge on someone and a protective order. he did not hit me! who can i contact in Vancouver BC canada to get these charges to go away? he has a court date aug 15th do i have to wait until then?

First make sure you really want to lift the charges. Abuse doesn't mean just hitting:
