Who can i call or what can i do about this? ?

So I just had my car washed and there is like crystalized stuff all over it. and im like 95% sure someones cooking up meth in our neighborhood but idk what to do about it. and i know its not just my car its on all the cars around here what should i do?

I would try to pin-point the house and leave the police an anoyomous tip.
