Who can i fix it?

i have a 1998 chevy s10 wont start when the security light blinkswhen it goes off after a while it will turn on with no problemscan any1 tell you how to fix this?

Mark, you need to find out what part of the Passkey system is at fault. The only way is to have it diagnosed by a Pro(dealer or good mech).  Your key could just be bad. Have you tried another key? If you get stuck with a no start condition, you turn the key on and after 3 minutes follow the instructions on the dash. Get it fixed asap. Hope this helps    TW

Is there a remote start system in the vehicle? if so it is time it was serviced, one of the sensor/switches is defective

look inside under steering colume to see if wire or rod has came loose or undone.
