  1. You are funny.  If you want the cat, take her to small claims and fight for custody.  If you don't want the cat, leave it alone.  Cats are happy as long as they are fed.  I know, I have 2.

  2. Take the cat away from her!! It's her decision if the cat lives with her.

  3. y would u want to put the cat down cos u think it unhappy?? putting an animal down is only an option if it will suffer from its illness if it stays alive! If u dont want the cat im sure  animal shelters  like Blue Cross will be happy to take ur cat in fro free. PLEASE dnt put ur cat down! x

  4. If the bill of sale is in your name and the cat is too sick for treatment or vicious towards people.

  5. Why would you want to put the Cat to sleep unless he is sick.Seperating from your Wife is not the Cat's fault so don't take it out on him or her.Who has the Cat now? why not leave him where he is now. maby you should give more detail.

No you don't need your Wife's consent if the cat is with you but think it over the Cat might give you some Company

  6. the owner, put him down-

  7. What the h**l?  Have you thought about bringing it to a shelter?  You don't have to KILL it just because it's unhappy.

And does your wife have the cat now?  If she does, you probably don't have any legal right to take it from her, unless you take her to court and prove that she stole it from you.
