Ben Cahoon kicked a field goal, and Marcus Brady handled the punting duties for the Alouettes after David Duval got ejected last week.  Other than that, I can't think of anybody who filled in as a kicker recently, unless by recently, you mean this season, in which case Noel Prefontaine's replacement after he got hurt in Week 1 would qualify...
