  1. Your doctor, but they might charge, the children's teachers, you local vicar/priest, police officer, someone who is in authority.

They must also have their own passport though, as their number goes on the form too.

  2. you

  3. dr ,teachers ,dentist, shop keeper ,anyone who as known you for 3 years but has to be of standing not just joe bloggs

  4. if your children are at school the head teacher may sign them for a donation to school funds.

  5. Family Doctor, Solicitor, certain civil servants

  6. We just very recently got someone to sign them. You can get either a Doctor or a Teacher to sign them or someone like a Lawyer. I got my neighbour to sign them who is a Doctor/Teacher

  7. my doctors done ours an it only cost £10 per form

  8. Your doctor (GP) can sign them if he has known you for more than 2 years but there will probably be a charge for this.

My doctor charges £37 per form.

  9. Your GP can sign it for you but alot charge for this now.  This was 9 years ago but I got a neighbor who was a retired civil engineer to sign mine.  Otherwise a teacher is a good choice if they have known you long enough (2 years minimum I think).
