You'll need to contact the airline to make that change and find out how much it will cost.  Generally, they will charge you a change fee, which varies with the airline from $100 to $250 and you may also have to pay any difference in fare between the old return flight and the new one you want.  The only way to get that price will be to contact Emirates Airlines.  Hope that helps!
