Who can tell me how to crochet a small skull to attach it to a scarf?

I,m crocheting for the first time; scarfs to start,but I want to embellish them with skulls [about an 1"1/2]. I tried but I couldn't come up with a pattern. I'll be for ever grateful if you tell me. Thanks a lot.;)
