I know Chinese, but you obviously don't know it.

What you've posted is in the language used by Israelites. It's called Hebrew or Ivrit. Ask a person of Jewish heritage to help you. They might or might not know Hebrew, because they might know English, German, Russian, or Yiddish, etc... instead.
