  1. It depends on what they have done. If they have taken money from you and not done work then the police.

    We've had problems with some travelling "workmen" of Irish origin (being politically correct there) in Britain pulling all kinds of scams for donkeys years and they just disappear and reappear all over the country and are next to impossible to track down and deal with.
