Who can you send a schematic to for a PCB?

I don't know where they are located, but there are some where you can download a layout program and lay out the board exactly how you want it.  One of them is expresspcb.com.  The price will depend on the area, how many holes are drilled, whether you want a silkscreen, etc.  When you design the board, the program tells you what the cost will be, and it can be made in a few days.  Everything except shipping the boards is done online.
